The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The air conditioning in each room and water purifier were welcome additions. The view of the sunset was beautiful from the balcony. The pool is clean and refreshing. Chaitra & Arjun were always on hand to help with anything we needed. Only things to note are that sometimes there was a lack of power/water during our stay but I think this was a general problem in the area. Also we were very glad that we had a car to drive to the beaches as the property is up a hill and we would not have wanted to walk up in the heat. Overall a very enjoyable stay in a wonderful part of South Goa.
We stayed almost 3 weeks in a beautiful, comfortable apartment with an amazing view from the balcony. The service the facilities and the friendly team made our stay pleasant. The pool is a huge bonus, always clean and well maintained. Wonderful overall stay and highly recommended.
Nautical Nest is best stay in South Goa, apartment is awesome, clean with all facilities you need . Awesome beach view from balcony. Very near to palolem beach and other beaches. Chaitra is excellent, she is always available. She advised , guided our tour. She gave all the services we needed. Our South Goa tour was memorable because of her. I recommend whoever visiting south Goa Nautical nest is best to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at The Nautical Nest. Residential complex area is bit far off from market and densely populated areas and hence its very peaceful but also felt very safe. There were quite a nice cafes and restaurants along the 15-20 mins walk to the beach. The apartment was very clean and aptly and tastefully furnished. Attached balconies had the ocean view from where you can experience awesome sunset. Kitchen had all the necessary utensils, cutlery and crockery along with microwave, refrigerator, tea kettle, coffee maker, toaster, induction cooktop, washing machine, and RO water purifier. There were two AC bedrooms on the lower floor with one common bathroom... and one king size bed and a bathroom on mezzanine floor, all of which were very spacious and clean. There were ACs in Living room and Mezzanine floor as well. All in all, it was a fantastic and peaceful stay. Just a small caveat though - To access the lift for apartment, you need to climb 45 steps from parking area.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful property near Palolem Beach. The view of the mountains and the ocean was breathtaking and the cleanliness was impeccable. The location is perfect, with multiple beaches - Palolem, Patnem, Rajbagh and Talpona - just a 10 min drive away. Chaitra was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. My father was particularly interested in the music system at the property, but we couldn’t figure out how to use it. Chaitra didn’t hesitate to come by and help us, even though she didn’t have to. Her spontaneity and willingness to assist made our stay even more special. Arjun was also very helpful, answering all our questions before and during our stay. I absolutely recommend booking this place! We loved every bit of our time here and can’t wait to come back.

I visited this place in December 2024 for Christmas, and it was truly one of my best experiences with Airbnb. The host, owner, and entire team were always just a call away, ensuring exceptional service. The rooms felt luxurious, and the property was impeccably clean, situated in a prime location where one can experience both luxury and greenery. The highlight of the property was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of Palolem Beach from the balcony. Though slightly expensive, it was worth every penny. The beach is just 1 km away, and Chaitra (the co-host) was incredibly helpful, providing everything we needed in a timely manner—from cab services to scooter rentals. We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to visiting again for a longer duration. The pictures shown on Google are genuine, and all listed amenities are exactly as described!

Host Arjun has the most beautiful properties atop Palolem hills with Valley and sea view. We stayed 2 nights in the duplex pent house and extended one in his 2bhk flat. The property has all the amenities you need and a beautiful pool with allmost 180 degree sea and valley view from the balconies. Shipra a wonderful person, who manages the property and runs her own food venture, equally engaged with us suggesting good food joints and places...👍
